I pulled up to the stop sign after a long day of working and on my way to run errands. The license plate in front of me grabbed my attention: WritNow. Spelling aside, I got the point! This occurred not long after a dream where I woke up seeing words written across my mind three times- you guessed it- Write Now! Write Now! Write Now!
I started. I tried. I invested in some formatting software, edited one of my books, wrote some unpublished blogs. I would wake up with new titles and started at least five new books in that time period that still sit on my computer. I wrote catchy Instagram posts I would hear in my head while getting dressed in the morning, but they never made it out of my journal except as text messages to others…
Another two months goes by, and I am on my way out for the evening when a license plate catches my eye at a red light. Yes. I am not kidding. Same car? Not sure honestly. But yes, the same message- WritNow.
Well, I am at it friend, pushing through the obstacles that hit every time I tried to get seriously into my writer’s calling and publishing. And, along the way, I have learned a plethora of book writing and publishing wisdom along the way!
It’s your turn friend.
It is time to jump out of the plane of fear into your snugly fitted safety parachute of a good book coach and editor, a cheerleader and confidante who will lead you through your first blog, Instagram post, first book, and even a second published book. I want to come alongside of you to cheer you on, share tricks of the trade (you may have a few of your own), help you make connections, and most of all keep you in the race until your work is Published!
